(Why?): No How many warnings do you have?(Please give the reasons for them as well, check them using !warn in-game): None RP rank (Private , Commander etc): PVT A little about me: I'm 16 and I have been apart of many MRP servers as staff, 3 with Boosted RP being the recent one.  sadly they have all failed do to poor owners or moving on to other games.  I'm also a Staff Director on a Arma 3 server as well.     How many hours can you be on daily:  About 3 hr on Monday, Wednesday ant Thursday and 4 Hr the rest of the week.  Why should we pick you as a T-Mod? (At least 200 words): [size=120]One reason why you should pick me for T-mod is because I have experiences working with others in MRP servers as staff before. As I have mentioned, I have been a part of many different MRP servers at a high rank, the highest being Co-Owner, so I know what I am doing. Also, I know what to ban people for and how to handle problems to receive the best possible outcome for the players involved and the server. Another reason why you should allow me to be T-mod is because I am a friendly person and good when working with a team.  I feel that having a good, friendly staff help reduce the number of problem with people in a MRP server.  I have seen server gone into complete chaos as staff and people have fallen out of love with servers and have result in those servers closing down for good.  I feel that I have the qualities to help stop chaos from ruining the server for people who really want to play some MRP. Overall, I think that I would be a great addition to the team and i hope you give me the chance to help improve the server and the community behind it.      [/size] Person A Claims Person B RDM'ed them , What do you do?  Check the death log to see if person A was indeed killed by person B.  If they did then I would as for both side of the story and come to a logical conclusion. Person A Is Mic Spamming , What do you do?  First I would tell them to stop.  If that didn't work, then i would move them and tell them to stop or they will be banned and give them a warning.  If they still haven't stop then I will ban them.  Person A Refuses To Listen to His Trainer , What do you do?  First I would tell them to listen to their trainer.  If that didn't work, then i would jail them and tell them to listen to the trainer or they will be banned and give them a warning.  If they still haven't stop then I will ban them.  Person A Is Disrespecting High Up Ranks And Staff , What do you do?  First I would tell them to listen to them to stop disrespecting staff and high up ranks and a warning.  If they still haven't stop then I will ban them.  An Admin Is Abusing , What do you do?  Report to the owner of the server or someone around the rank of owner. You see Someone FailRP , How do you deal with them?  3 point system like the other Situations, verbal warning, real warning and final verbal warning and then a ban.[/b][/i]
